Roles & Responsibilities Role Summary We are looking for a dependable and proactive Office / Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This is a flexible, part-time role suited for someone who enjoys organizing processes, supporting a team, and contributing to meaningful community initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations while supporting community events and internal coordination. Key Responsibilities • Provide general administrative support across the organization • Track and maintain records of donations • Assist in coordination and logistics for community events • Assist in liaising with volunteers and beneficiaries • Support internal documentation, scheduling, and reporting • Respond to ad hoc operational and administrative requests from the team • Help improve workflows and processes where needed Requirements • Some experience in administrative, operations or office support roles • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently • Comfortable working remotely and communicating with a small team • Tech-savvy with an interest in digital tools(e.g., Google Workspace, spreadsheets, forms, website, simple automation tools) • Positive, adaptable, and willing to support where needed
