Responsibilities:

IT Network & Infrastructure

• Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT networks, systems, and infrastructure. Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability of IT services across the region. Lead infrastructure planning, system upgrades, and disaster recovery/business continuity initiatives.

IT Security & Compliance

• Establish and enforce IT security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and industry requirements (e.g. data protection, cybersecurity). Oversee risk management, security monitoring, incident response, and periodic security audits.

Vendor& Software Partner Management

• Manage relationships with external vendors, software developers, and technology service providers. Oversee contract negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor performance. Ensure vendors deliver solutions that meet business, security, and compliance requirements.

IT Help Desk & User Support

• Lead IT help desk operations with partner vendors to provide timely and effective end-user support. Establish service standards, KPIs, and escalation procedures for incident and problem management. Ensure a consistent IT support experience for users across all locations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in It related study
• Minimum 5 years of working experience
• Hands-on experience in network administration, systems management, and end-user support.
• Working knowledge of IT security practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing external vendors and service providers.
