Job Summary

Lead the implementation of T24 core banking solutions by managing project teams, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget to support the Bank’s strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with key milestones, workstreams, and activities to guide project delivery
• Monitor project progress and produce regular status reports for project teams and stakeholders
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to update internal management and senior stakeholders on project status
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget to maintain alignment with objectives
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes
• Facilitate communication and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate and manage external vendors and internal resources to achieve project goals
• Organize and lead project meetings with multiple vendors to clarify objectives and scope
• Define resource requirements, allocate resources effectively, and manage diverse teams including internal and third-party members
• Establish and track project budgets to ensure delivery within financial constraints
• Apply project management methodologies in both waterfall and agile environments to optimize delivery
• Lead project reporting and presentations to senior management and executives, articulating progress and challenges clearly
• Utilize project management software and techniques to support service management and development lifecycle
• Manage large-scale, multi-geography projects to create unified global user experiences and support models
• Oversee T24 core banking system implementation projects with a focus on quality and timeliness
• Apply analytical thinking and attention to detail to quantify facts and support decision-making
• Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment
• Leverage banking and finance industry knowledge, particularly within the APAC region, to inform project execution

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline (Computer Science, Software Engineering)
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Proven experience managing projects in both waterfall and agile environments
• Experience managing project teams and vendors
• Experience in T24 core banking project management and system implementation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Agile Scrum Master certification
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with a detail-oriented, data-driven approach
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across global teams and departments
• Negotiation skills to prioritize and deliver across multiple projects globally
• Self-motivated, creative thinker with the ability to analyze large data sets and present trends and outcomes
• Experience in banking/finance industry within the APAC region
