Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Cloud Technology to lead our cloud infrastructure initiatives, ensuring platform scalability and security, and aligning cloud strategy with business objectives in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the company’s cloud services strategy, including architecture standards, service offerings, and technical roadmaps.
  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end cloud solutions, including migration, modernisation, and managed services.
  • Drive best practices in cloud architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure-as-code across all projects.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements relevant to enterprise and clients.
  • Establish and continuously improve service delivery frameworks, SLAs, and operational processes.
  • Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives.


Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering, with leadership experience focused on cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP). Multi-cloud experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record in delivering cloud migration, managed services, and enterprise cloud solutions.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, APIs, microservices, containerisation (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) and distributed systems.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (e.g. Terraform), DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of cloud security and regulatory requirements
