6723 - Security System Service Engineer

• Salary Range: $2,300 - $3,000 
• Working Days: 5 days, Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Location: West – Jurong East / Toh Guan

Job Summary:
The Service Engineer is responsible for attending to equipment faults at customer premises, performing periodic maintenance, and ensuring timely completion of all site installation or rectification work. The role requires close coordination with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer site visits for troubleshooting and rectification of equipment faults.
• Liaise with customers and subcontractors regarding add-on project activities.
• Monitor progress of work to ensure schedule and quality standards are met.
• Ensure timely delivery of all materials and equipment for site installation or maintenance.
• Carry out periodic maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Prepare and maintain records of maintenance and service activities.
• Participate in standby duty roster as required.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree/Diploma in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting of card access systems, alarm systems, CCTV, etc.
