Junior Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities

·       Perform setup and deployment of new Cisco SD-WAN routers, including Cisco v Manage configuration.

·       Configure and manage Palo Alto Prisma Cloud and Global Protect VPN solutions.

·       Participate in SD-WAN change request processes, including implementation and validation.

·       Support Azure cloud infrastructure implementation and changes

·       Provide troubleshooting and incident support across network, cloud, and security domains.

·       Assist in ongoing operational support and continuous improvement initiatives.

·       Follow project milestones and ensure deliverables quality for the infra implementation projects.

Required Skill Set

·       Strong IT networking fundamentals (routing, switching, NAT, firewall concepts).

·       Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN devices and ecosystem

·       Experience with security platforms such as: Palo Alto (including Panorama), FortiGate

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud networking and infrastructure is a plus.

Qualifications & Other Requirements

·       Diploma or Degree in IT with at least 1-2 years experience in infra and networkprojects.

·       Certifications: Cisco certification (e.g., CCNA/CCNP) is a plus.

·       Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

·       Experience creating clear IT documentation (runbooks, SOPs, technical guides).

·       Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.

·       Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
