Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders across front office, operations, and technology teams to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
Support the design and delivery of solutions across capital markets products, including trade lifecycle processes, position management, and reporting
Analyse current workflows and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Contribute to system integration efforts, including API-based solutions and data flow optimisation
Produce clear documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, and test cases
Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively
Support testing activities, including defining test scenarios and validating outcomes
Ensure solutions align with internal governance, risk, and compliance standards
Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to system and process changes

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within capital markets or financial services
Product knowledge in Structured Products is highly advantageous
Strong understanding of financial products and trade lifecycle processes
Experience working with middle office or operational systems is preferred
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
Ability to work with technical teams, with some understanding of system architecture and integrations
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. SQL) and data formats such as JSON or XML is advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Technology, or Business
