About the Wealth Management Institute (WMI) Established in 2003, the Wealth Management Institute (WMI) is committed to building capabilities for investing in a better tomorrow. Founded by GIC and Temasek, our vision is to be Asia’s Centre of Excellence for wealth and asset management education and research. WMI provides a comprehensive suite of practice-based certification and diploma programmes and collaborates with leading universities for master’s qualifications. With over 17,000 annual enrolments, WMI serves a diverse community of professionals across Asia—including wealth managers, asset managers, lawyers, trust professionals, family offices, and financial regulators across more than 150 programmes. WMI is recognised as Singapore’s lead training provider for private banking and wealth management. WMI helms the Global-Asia Family Office (GFO) Circle, a trusted network platform that builds capabilities and fosters community within the family office sector. The GFO Circle is supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). WMI also leads the Asia Centre for Changemakers (ACC), supported by Temasek Trust and the Philanthropy Asia Alliance (PAA). The ACC aims to build capacity and nurture a strong pipeline of active and informed changemakers with a focus on Asia. Key Responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to oversee the end-to-end execution of our educational programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, external partners, corporate clients and learners to coordinate logistics, manage stakeholder communications, and continuously improve delivery processes. The role is responsible for: 1) Programme Delivery • Working closely with clients, trainers and assessors on the scheduling of each programme, including incorporating agreed specific requests or preferences for custom programmes • Liasing with trainers to update and finalise the training materials prior to programme delivery • Verifying, confirming and collating all required information of participants for enrolment and IBF funding claim purposes • Securing the training venue and ensuring training materials are ready for participants (including activating the online learning on time where required) • Providing on-site support for all programmes to smooth delivery and address any unexpected issues. This includes engaging with participants and trainers, and gathering feedback to improve programme delivery • Collating course and trainer evaluation scores and verifying invoices after closing each programme for the Programme Director’s review and approval • Generate e-certificates for eligible participants who complete the module and assessments 2) Learning Experience • Assist with periodic review of operation and learning processes, and propose solutions to manage process gaps. • Support in research and needs analysis of industry trends and demands. • Constantly seek ways to improve learning experience of participants and achieve strong programme ratings. 3) Data Management • Organize administrative materials to ensure proper documentation and comply with relevant governance policies. • Provide data analytic insights on actual learning outcome of programmes. Requirements Minimum Education Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in any discipline Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in managing, organising, or delivery of training programmes or events. education institution or industry-leading organizations.
