Assistant Finance Manager, Costing

As an Assistant Manager, Finance (Costing), you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Work closely with stakeholders on cost calculation and pricing for existing and new services.
• Perform annual cost updates and support the implementation of new costing systems.
• Apply National Costing Guidelines across different services and care settings.
• Support cost optimization, process improvement, and pricing revision initiatives.
• Ensure smooth execution of price revisions and compliance with MOH policies.
• Prepare clear, value-adding reports for senior management.
• Provide business partnering support and assist with budgeting and financial analysis.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience (healthcare/public healthcare costing experience is an advantage).
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to change
