Senior Quantity Surveyor

With a strong track record in delivering quality projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors, the company offers a dynamic environment for you. Key Responsibilities • Manage full spectrum of Quantity Surveying duties for assigned projects • Prepare cost estimation, budgeting, and tender submissions • Handle subcontractor sourcing, evaluation, and award • Review and certify progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts • Monitor project cost control and cash flow forecasting • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project teams • Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements • Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate commercial risks Requirements • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent • Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience with MAIN CONTRACTOR in Singapore • Proven experience in handling projects independently • Strong knowledge of contract administration (e.g., SIA / PSSCOC) • Good understanding of local construction practices and regulations Why Join • Exposure to end-to-end Design & Build projects • Supportive and collaborative team culture • Fast-growing company with strong project pipeline R22107887 | Gladys Chang Si Min
