The Design Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, creating detailed construction drawings, and managing design processes. The role includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client needs, coordinating with construction teams, and keeping all architectural designs in adherence to industry standards. Qualifications • Expertise in Architectural Design and Architecture principles • Proficiency in Design Management and the ability to carry projects from concept to completion • Experience in preparing detailed Construction Drawings • Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members • Proficiency in relevant architectural software and tools • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • A degree in Architecture or a related field is required • Registration or eligibility for registration as a licensed architect is an advantage
