Job Summary Lead site supervision and coordination of A&A works to ensure project quality, safety, and contract compliance within dynamic construction environments. Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate site works to deliver projects on time and meet quality standards • Monitor and control site activities with operations teams and contractors to optimize workflow efficiency • Verify compliance of all works with project quality and safety plans, contract requirements, drawings, and specifications • Enforce safety regulations and provisions on site to maintain a safe working environment Required Competencies And Certifications • Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction supervision role Preferred Competencies And Qualifications • Apply strong safety knowledge and maintain a proactive safety attitude to prevent workplace incidents • Collaborate effectively with site personnel using excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills • Demonstrate a positive, solution-oriented “can-do” attitude to resolve site challenges • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment
