Finance Manager (assets & operations | up to $7,500 base | West)

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts across multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing
• Maintain General Ledger integrity and prepare management accounts for business reporting
• Oversee fixed asset accounting including capitalization, depreciation, and asset lifecycle tracking
• Handle complex asset structures including rental, sales, hire purchase, and leasing arrangements
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and asset classification across different business models
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents, preparing audit schedules and supporting compliance filings
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and internal billing across entities
• Review AP/AR processes and drive improvements in workflows, controls, and financial reporting

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with professional certification preferred (CA, CPA, ACCA)
• 5–8 years of experience in full set accounting with strong exposure to audit and financial reporting
• Solid experience in fixed assets, depreciation, and asset-heavy environments
• Able to work independently, hands-on, and partner with operations teams
