QA Engineer ($4000|1 yr exp)

Location: Loyang (Changi)
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.00am–5.30pm
Salary: Up to $4,000

About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Engineer to join our team. Our company specialises in delivering advanced solutions in complex precision engineering and molding, and we are looking for someone with strong quality assurance expertise to uphold our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on precision-engineered and moulded components

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes, procedures, and documentation

• Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)

• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure quality compliance

• Support internal and external audits

• Maintain and improve quality systems in line with ISO standards

• Prepare quality reports and track quality metrics for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field

• Experience in QA within precision engineering, moulding, or manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001 or similar)

• Familiar with measurement tools, inspection techniques, and quality methodologies

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently
