Technical Delivery Lead

Technical/Professional Competencies & Skills

• 3-5 years’ experience in project management and team management with good technical skills
• Strong track record in application support and project management and PMBOK, SDLC, ITIL/COBIT processes
• Support and troubleshooting for Production and UAT/SIT (coordination and hands-on)
• Evaluation of new technologies, software products and vendor proposals.
• Understanding of application infrastructures including hardware, storage, network, databases
• Knowledge on various systems software stacks like web server, app server, database, OS, etc.,
• Good knowledge in IBM HTTP Server, JBOSS, Apache Web Server, Apache Tomcat will have added advantage
• Proficient in Java EE, .Net, Middleware (IBM, JMS, etc.,), Web Services and SQL
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows platforms are advantageous
• Responsible for managing information technology (IT) Application Technology Refresh project and related vendor & stakeholders’ management. Candidate will work with other teams to accomplish project goals and assure delivery of project on time, within budget and achieve project scope.
• Responsible for project execution and managing technical scope deliveries during the whole project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• The role duties will include but not necessarily be limited to the following:

Technical Deliveries

• Work with bank’s internal infrastructure and Cloud Engineering teams to setup and configure new environments to support the project execution.
• Liaise with IT Security on the requirement and clearance of the IT Security checklist before project go-live which include VAPT, hardening, monitoring etc.
• Work closely with vendor to address all the pre-requisite technical requirements, deployment and subsequent technical support to ensure the project are on track in term of timeline, scope and cost.
• Work with other interfacing application teams on all technical related scope for the project.
• Assist Program Manager on the deliverables for project implementation when necessary.
• Key member to contribute and deliver agreed outcomes that realize benefits within agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
• Report status to the Program Manager and Lead, Payment Platform & Enabler Technology for consolidated update on status of risks, issues and progress towards milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor and track day-to-day contributions to the projects.

Functional Competencies & Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in banking related applications would be an added advantage.
