Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in PEGA technologies and Generative AI to support innovation within Life Claim Management and Life & Annuities Insurance domains. The role involves leading solution design, overseeing platform enhancements, and ensuring seamless integration of PEGA applications. This position follows a hybrid work arrangement and operates during regular daytime working hours. Knowledge of Singapore Shield Claims processes is required due to the nature of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of PEGA applications to improve business processes within Life Claim Management and Life & Annuities domains.
  • Oversee PEGA platform upgrades and integration of Generative AI solutions to strengthen system performance.
  • Provide expertise in PEGA reporting to support data‑driven insights and decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective data and system integration.
  • Develop user‑centric PEGA solutions with a focus on mobility and user experience.
  • Implement PEGA case management solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to the insurance domain.
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching, and training sessions to build team capability in PEGA and domain‑related areas.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, effective solutions.
  • Support hybrid work operations by effectively coordinating both on‑site and remote collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands‑on experience in PEGA Platform, including Application Development, Case Management, Data & Integration, User Experience, Mobility, and Reporting.
  • Having a minimum of 6 years in Pega technologies.
  • Proficiency in Generative AI technologies and their application within enterprise systems.
  • Experience in Life Claim Management and Life & Annuities Insurance domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end‑to‑end solution design and technical delivery.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams in hybrid work environments.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, technology innovation, and industry best practices.

Certifications (Required)

  • Certified Pega System Architect (CSA)
  • Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA)
