Application Engineer (C++ / C# / Technical Support)

• Position : Application Engineer (C++ / C# / Technical Support)
• Location : Woodlands ( few bus stop from Woodlands MRT)
• Working hours : 5 days, Monday- Friday (9.00am- 6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate depending on experience) : Up to $3400 Basic +$400 Transport allowance + Bonus
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Electronic Manufacturer- MNC

Responsibilities

• Provide application and technical support for hardware and software integration
• Manage and track support issues through ticketing systems (e.g. Salesforce)
• Perform product testing, troubleshooting, and RMA handling
• Conduct technical verification and support onsite troubleshooting when required
• Support customers with technical solutions and resolve system issues
• Prepare technical documentation, sample codes, and demonstrations
• Conduct product training for customers and partners
• Assist in technical presentations, tradeshows, and seminars
• Coordinate with internal and regional teams to resolve technical matters
• Escalate complex issues to relevant support teams when necessary

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Computer) or Diploma with experience
• Proficient in C++ / C# (.NET) is preferred
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS
• Basic understanding of electronic circuits is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively
• Occasional travel may be required for work purposes
