Finance Manager

Overview
We are seeking a high-calibre Head of Finance who is driven, and possesses a strong ownership mindset. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on finance professional who can operate both strategically and operationally, partnering closely with the business to drive performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full spectrum of finance functions, including financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Partner closely with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
• Drive financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and actionable outputs
• Translate financial data into meaningful insights to influence commercial and operational strategies
• Oversee cash flow management, cost control, and overall financial performance
• Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial processes
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Lead, manage, and develop the finance team, ensuring strong performance and capability building
• Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to drive alignment and business outcomes
• Support tax planning initiatives, transfer pricing, and compliance matters where required
• Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) to enhance reporting and decision-making

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline from a recognized local university
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred
• Approximately 6 years of combined experience in Big 4 audit (preferred) and corporate finance within an MNC environment
• Candidates with audit experience should have progressed to at least Senior Auditor level, with exposure to leading year-end audits
• Proven experience in FP&A, business partnering, or finance-led roles
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience, leading teams of more than 5
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Hands-on and adaptable, with the ability to balance strategic oversight and operational involvement
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI is required
