Finance Manager (3 year contract/Central)(JY)

• Oversee the finance function for large-scale or tender-driven projects
• Develop and implement financial frameworks, policies, and governance structures
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost management efforts to drive profitability
• Deliver financial analysis and scenario planning to support business decisions
• Manage end-to-end financial reporting with a strong focus on compliance
• Monitor cash flow, funding needs, and treasury operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational objectives
• Assess financial risks and execute appropriate mitigation plans
• Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
• Coach and support the finance team to ensure effective project execution

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA, CFA) are a plus
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within project-based or contract-driven environments
• Solid expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Demonstrated experience in establishing or managing finance functions for large projects
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance practices
• Effective stakeholder engagement and business partnering abilities
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt in fast-paced settings
