Full Time / Part Time Motion Graphic Designer (AI Product) New Post

About the Role

We’re building a new AI-powered product and looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to bring our ideas to life through high-quality motion design. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Design to create engaging videos, animations, and visual storytelling that explains “why this matters” in a simple, modern, and compelling way.

What you’ll do

• Create motion graphics for product launches, ads, app/website content, and social media (e.g., 6–30s short-form, explainers, UI animation).
• Translate briefs into strong storyboards, keyframes, and final animations with good pacing, rhythm, and clarity.
• Animate UI/UX flows (micro-interactions, feature walkthroughs, app demos) to improve product understanding and conversion.
• Produce video assets for campaigns: hooks, end cards, typography animation, transitions, icon animation, and brand bumpers.
• Collaborate with product designers and marketers to refine messaging and visuals quickly through iterations.
• Maintain a consistent style while helping evolve our visual identity for a modern AI brand.
• Familiar with implementing interactive UI and animation for character- or pet-based features (e.g. idle reactions, feedback, growth states), using Framer Motion, Rive or similar tools.

Requirements

• 1–3+years of relevant experience (agency/in-house/freelance welcome) with a strong showreel/portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects (required) + good foundation in Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of timing, composition, typography, and storytelling.
• Able to work independently and manage timelines; comfortable with fast iteration.
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Familiar with implementing interactive UI and animation for character- or pet-based features (e.g. idle reactions, feedback, growth states), using Framer Motion, Rive or similar tools.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Bonus points

• Experience with 3D tools (Blender / Cinema 4D) or 3D elements in AE.
• Illustration skills (Adobe Illustrator / Figma) or icon design.
• Familiarity with AI creative workflows (e.g., rapid concepting, style exploration).
• Experience producing content for TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts.
• Experience in EdTech / consumer apps / B2C performance creatives.
