Senior UX Designer

·        Must have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience designing digital products, preferably in product-led or agile teams

·        Can own projects end-to-end, from framing to final design handoff

· Strong communication skills to articulate UX, UI, and interaction decisions clearly

· Must be strong in stakeholder engagement, including presenting to leadership/senior management

· Skilled at using Figma, prototyping, and delivering responsive interfaces

· Must have working knowledge of AI-enabled design tools (e.g., Figma Make, Loveables, Galileo AI, or Figma AI plugins)

·         Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and iterating quickly

· Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality UI and interaction designs for production systems

· Experience creating engaging, user-centric experiences by thoughtfully incorporating game mechanics such as progression, rewards, or feedback loops is a plus.
