Job Summary

Lead and manage plumbing and sanitary projects by programming, scheduling, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical and progress issues while providing clear communication and reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules to ensure timely completion of plumbing and sanitary works
• Coordinate technical and progress matters with main contractors, consultants, site supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
• Prepare and deliver detailed weekly and monthly progress reports to management and project stakeholders
• Plan and oversee equipment and manpower deployment to optimize resource utilization on project sites
• Track project progress daily and identify schedule variances, escalating issues to management promptly
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project participants, ensuring transparent and consistent communication of project status
• Apply knowledge of plumbing, sanitary, and gas systems to support project execution and compliance
• Execute additional assignments as directed by management to support project objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Holder of a valid License Plumber and/or License Gas Service Worker, as required to perform core plumbing and gas system duties
• Diploma or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical), Construction, or equivalent, supporting technical project management capabilities
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing plumbing/sanitary projects and multiple sites, demonstrating ability to lead project delivery
• Proficient communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with diverse project stakeholders
• Knowledge and application of project management principles to plan, execute, and monitor project progress
• Process BCA BCPPF qualifications as required for regulatory compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, sanitary, and gas systems to enhance technical decision-making and project oversight
