Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior leadership to the Mechanical Facilities Engineering module, setting direction, priorities, and expectations supporting Fab operations, reliability, and capacity.

  • Establish, track, and improve site level KPIs for safety, LWO, quality and cost.‑level KPIs for safety, uptime, quality, cost, and delivery.

  • Partner closely with Operations, EHS, Construction, Global Facilities, and external authorities.

  • Develop strategy for planning and executing AI initiatives and projects for productivity and automation of the Mechanical Team to support 5 MORE initiatives.

    • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering.

    • Minimum 5 years of semiconductor facilities or engineering leadership experience, with demonstrated people management‑management accountability.

    • Strong experience supporting Fab operations, facilities systems, equipment, or automation, with understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flow.

    • Proven ability to lead complex, multi ‑stakeholder initiatives at site level.

    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and ‑solving, and root reso‑cause resolution capability.

    • Proven experience in team development with excellent leadership presence, communication, and executive ‑level presentation skills.
