Systems Engineer (Ref 23939)

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at client’s location
• Troubleshoot Windows, AIX Servers on system and interfacing faults
• Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime
• Plan and execute maintenance schedules and inspections
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and servicing
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment
• Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Information System Engineering with 2–3 years of relevant maintenance experience in IT /Data Centre environment
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and network systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices
• Willingness to be on scheduled 24 hours standby duty and on-call duty
• Knowledge of Windows and AIX servers
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Good teamwork and communication skills
