KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Assist in collaborating with end users to define their data needs and requirements for dashboard products.

• Coordinate with the external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of dashboard data products

• Monitor the usage & adoption rate and collect user feedback of all products

• Provide ongoing support and improvements to the dashboard data products based on user feedback and changing requirements.

• Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor

REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in related fields
• Relevant working experience in building dashboard is a plus
