Senior Security Executive

Able to lead on-site security operations, manages guard forces, and ensures compliance with safety protocols, acting as a liaison between clients and staff

. Responsible for conducting risk assessments, monitoring CCTV systems, handling incident reports, and implementing security procedures to protect assets and personnel, often requiring 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities & Jobscope

• Operational Leadership: Manage security operations for sites, including supervising, rostering, and training security staff.
• Site Security & Compliance: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), conduct regular site audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Incident Response & Management: Act as the first point of contact for security emergencies, responding to and managing incidents and investigations.
• Client Management: Act as the primary liaison with clients to maintain high service standards, resolve security issues, and report on performance.
• Surveillance & Reporting: Operate and monitor security systems (CCTV, access control) and produce detailed security reports.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential threats and recommend enhancements to security policies and procedures. 

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in security supervision, often requiring 3+ years in the industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
• Certification: Relevant security certifications (e.g., PLRD license in Singapore) and, in some cases, specialized training in risk management or security technology.
