About the Role

My client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data integrity and system effectiveness within Workday. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of employee records across multiple data fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive data cleaning and reconciliation activities within Workday
• Review and validate employee records across various data fields, including:
• Educational qualifications
• Professional certifications
• Learning and development records
• Other relevant employee data

• Verify data accuracy through:
• Direct engagement with staff
• Cross-referencing records against source documents
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies
• Support additional administrative or data-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource, Information Technology, or related fields
• Entry Level applicants are welcomed to apply.
• Familiarity with Workday is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working across multiple systems
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
