Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

  • Lead and mentor the accounting and HR teams, reviewing work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Oversee the delivery of accounting, tax, and corporate services to maintain high service standards
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in Singapore
  • Drive process improvements and introduce technology solutions, including AI and automation, to improve operational efficiency

Operations& Business Development

  • Oversee operational functions and provide support across accounting and HR matters
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the firm’s client base
  • Work closely with partners on strategic initiatives and operational planning
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to the team on complex accounting matters
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service quality
  • Support ad-hoc operational and administrative matters as required

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with a recognized professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA)
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting roles
  • Strong accounting background with prior audit experience preferred, with progression into senior finance or accounting management roles
  • Experience handling multiple entities or group structures
  • Prior experience leading a team will be an advantage.
  • Hands-on, and willing to work on the ground with the team, not purely managerial
  • Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and reviewing team members’ work
  • Business development experience or the drive to grow client relationships
  • Knowledge of AI tools or process automation will be an advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
