Key Responsibilities:

Ownership of reporting timelines and templates: Design and maintain internal reporting timelines, manage the end to end processes, templates and guidance (i.e. forecast instructions and monthly instructions) to meet reporting requirements.
Financial close and consolidation
Financial reporting: Responsible for preparation of the month end, forecast and budget OPR packs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and relevance of financial information.
Financial analysis and insight: Provide insightful and actionable financial analysis delivering insights in the form of “so what, now what” to inform decision making and strategic planning.
Business partnering: Partner closely with Vertical Finance, Commercial Finance and Group Finance teams.
Process improvement: Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and data quality.
Leadership and collaboration: Lead and deliver cross-verticals projects and problem-solving initiatives in line with business requirements

Critical Competencies for Success:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance/ACCA qualified
Hands on experience of 5-7 years in financial planning & analysis and reporting, including exposure on budgeting and long-term business forecasting with MNC
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
Proactive problem solver, curiosity and ability to follow issues through to conclusion.
Advance skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Capable of working both independently and with a team.
Effective communication skills with experience interacting with Global stakeholders.
Ideally experience with Cognos Controller or similar consolidation applications.
