Finance Manager

Job Scope

• timely provision of accuratefinancial data of the Group for management review and to

meet statutory requirements

• prepare and review themanagement accounts of some of our subsidiaries

• provide support and advice toour subsidiaries

• act as a liaison with auditors,tax agents, company secretary and corporate secretarial • assist in preparationof board papers, SGX announcements and annual report

• other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possess a degree in Accountancyor equivalent

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevantexperience, preferably in a large public accounting firm

or SGX listed group

• Good hands-on experience inconsolidation and strong technical knowledge

• Good knowledge of Microsoftapplications

• Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills

• Able to work effectively underpressure and meet tight deadlines

• Proactive, meticulous andability to work independently as well as in a team
