Senior Test Engineer (Medical Device / DV&V / 5 Days Office Hours)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join a dynamic and innovative team within a highly regulated industry. This role offers strong exposure to design verification & validation, regulatory compliance, and advanced product testing, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, protocols, and reports for design verification, validation, and benchmarking
• Design and implement automated and manual testing (functional, performance, regression)
• Drive Design Verification & Validation (DV&V) activities in compliance with regulatory standards (IEC, FDA, GMP, ISO)
• Conduct benchmark and feasibility testing to evaluate product performance and quality
• Develop and validate test equipment, fixtures, and methodologies
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Regulatory) and external test labs
• Support risk management and failure analysis activities (e.g., FMEA)
• Identify, track, and resolve defects using issue tracking tools
• Prepare and present test reports to stakeholders and management
