Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs
Establish and manage PMO frameworks, including governance, RAID tracking, financial oversight, and executive reporting
Define and track program KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics aligned with business goals
Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate
Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions in collaboration with architecture teams
Oversee implementation and integration of enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, HR systems)
Support cloud adoption initiatives (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices
Ensure effective system integration, data flow, and interoperability across platforms
Promote data-driven decision-making using analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Support innovation initiatives including automation, AI/ML, and emerging technologies where relevant
Contribute to development of business cases, funding proposals, and transformation roadmaps
Act as the key liaison between business, technology, and external partners
Engage senior stakeholders through structured reporting and insights
Manage vendors including system integrators and technology providers
Coordinate across regional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
At least 8 years of experience in program management, PMO, or digital transformation roles
Proven experience delivering cross-functional technology programs
Strong understanding of enterprise systems, system integration, and cloud platforms
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery frameworks
Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
Knowledge of DevOps practices, APIs, or AI/ML technologies is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluency in English is required
Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is highly desirable to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and review relevant documentation
Proficiency in Spanish and Italian is advantageous to manage collaboration with stakeholders, clients, or partners based in Spanish- and Italian-speaking regions, including participation in meetings and review of business materials.
