Engineering Manager (Multidisciplinary EPC)

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Engineering Manager to spearhead and synchronize all multidisciplinary engineering activities for major Oil & Gas EPC projects. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, technical integrity, andcross-functional coordination of the entire engineering scope. You will serve as the primary technical authority, ensuring that every phase of design—from Process and Mechanical to Structural and 3D Modeling—is executed to the highest quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Direct and mentor a comprehensive engineering organization encompassing Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, I&C, Structural, and Digital Modeling disciplines.
• Execution Excellence:Establish and enforce robust engineering execution plans, schedules, anddeliverable strategies that align perfectly with critical project milestones.
• Technical Governance:Ensure all engineering outputs meet stringent project specifications, globalquality standards, and international engineering codes.
• Integrated ProjectInterface: Lead the technical interface between Engineering and the ProjectManagement, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams to ensure aseamless project lifecycle.
• Decision Authority: Reviewand approve mission-critical engineering deliverables, high-level technicaldecisions, and complex vendor packages.
• Resource & WorkflowManagement: Optimize engineering resource allocation, manage workloaddistribution, and drive the resolution of complex technical bottlenecks.
• Safety & Design Oversight: Provide expert leadership during HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and comprehensive design review workshops.
• Compliance Advocacy: Uphold the highest standards of HSE, QA/QC, and project governance throughout the engineering phase.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a core Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related).
• A minimum of 15 years ofrobust experience in the Oil & Gas or EPC sector, with a proven track record in senior engineering leadership or management roles.
• Deep architectural understanding of EPC project execution, multidisciplinary coordination, and global vendor management.
• Extensive experienceinterfacing with international clients, joint-venture partners, and regulatorybodies.
• Exceptional decision-makingcapabilities, strategic vision, and the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams under high-pressure project timelines.
• Proven ability to navigate the complexities of large-scale energy infrastructure projects with a focus on efficiency and technical excellence.
