Job Summary

Gather and analyze user requirements to design, develop, test, implement, and maintain application systems and web-based applications, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements to translate them into detailed application specifications for development teams
• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain application systems and web-based applications to meet user needs and quality standards
• Apply Object Oriented Analysis and Design principles to create scalable and maintainable software solutions
• Independently manage requirement gathering sessions with users to ensure clear and accurate application specifications
• Utilize .Net technologies and tools to develop robust applications within Windows and Azure environments
• Implement and maintain database designs and integrations using Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Develop and maintain web applications using AngularJS, ASP/ASP.NET, AJAX, DHTML, and RESTful web services
• Write and maintain code in programming languages including C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Bash/Shell, PowerShell, SQL, and T-SQL
• Use development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio and JQuery to enhance application functionality and user experience
• Apply containerization technologies like Docker to support application deployment and scalability
• Ensure application security by implementing standards such as Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design (including database design), development, implementation, and quality assurance
• Proficient communication skills to effectively collaborate with users and project teams
• Strong project management skills to plan and execute development tasks efficiently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and deliver effective solutions
• Solid knowledge and skills in Object Oriented Analysis and Design and .Net technologies

Other Information

• Employment type: Contract - 24 months (renewable)
• Location: Novena, Singapore
• Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM (Mon-Fri)
• Salary: $6000 - 8000 per month (no bonus)
• Working Arrangement: Full Onsite/Hybrid
