DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer

A hands-on DevOps / DevSecOps Engineerto design, build, and operate secure, audit-ready CI/CD and release governancefor an Azure-based data platform ecosystem covering Azure Databricks, AzureData Factory (ADF), and Informatica IDMC. The role owns multi-environmentdeployment automation (Dev → UAT → Prod), embeds security controls, and ensuresevery release complies with customer IT security standards and auditexpectations.

Experience:

·      6+ years overall experiencein data platforms and cloud delivery, with at least 3+ years in Azure‑baseddata platforms and CI/CD implementation across Databricks, Azure Data Factory(ADF), and Informatica IDMC.

KeyResponsibilities (R&R)

·      Design, build, and operateAzure DevOps pipelines for Dev → UAT → Prod promotion with approval gates andsegregation of duties.

·      Implement environment‑awaredeployments with parameterisation, secrets management, and rollback capability.

·      Integrate Databricks AssetBundles, notebooks, workflows, and jobs into standardized release pipelines.

·      Enable CI/CD for ADFpipelines and IDMC mappings, ensuring dependency validation and controlledpromotion.

·      Implement rerun, replay, andrecovery pipelines to support operational resilience.

·      Embed DevSecOps controlsincluding RBAC, least‑privilege access, MFA for privileged roles, and securesecret handling.

·      Integrate platform alertsand deployment events with ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring tools.

·      Ensure deployments complywith customers IT Security standards and audit expectations.

·      Act as DevOps SPOC acrossdata engineering, governance, security, and platform teams.

·      JD ADF Databricks ClouderaData Engineer

·      CI/CD for Azure Databricks(Notebooks, Jobs, Workflows, Asset Bundles).

·      Azure Data Factory (ADF)CI/CD and environment promotion.

·      Informatica IDMC deploymentand promotion concepts.

·      Azure DevOps pipelines andGit branching strategies.

·      Secrets management usingAzure Key Vault.

·      Entra ID / Azure AD (RBAC,SSO, SCIM concepts).

·      Strong DevSecOpsfundamentals in regulated enterprise environments.

·      Experience working withmulti‑environment (Dev/UAT/Prod) data platforms.

·      Unity Catalog awareness(deployment impact, permissions, lineage dependencies).

·      Exposure to Azure Sentinel /security logging integration.

·      Experience supporting dataplatform reruns, reconciliation, and DLP operations.

·      Understanding of metadata‑driveningestion and orchestration frameworks.
