Technical Service Engineer (Industrial Automation) - $3.5K to $5K #HKH

Position Summary

Reporting to the Managing Director and Technical Sales Director, this is a Technical Presales Engineer position for fast growing market in Industrial Automation with key focus in Machine Vision, DEEP Learning, IIOT etc. Perform technical performance benchmarking and analysis to support engineering solutions. Assist in installation and running of product demonstration, events and exhibition. Strong interest to guide and impact knowledge to guide customers on product knowledge. Organize and lead classes for Customers for beginner and intermediate level. Work alongside other Engineers on the team to evaluate software and consistently apply best practices. Propose and implement creative, efficient solutions for machine vision problems, and contribute to expanding our application for assigned Product Group

Job description

• Technical Support. Perform technical benchmarking and analysis to support engineering solutions.
• Assist in installation and running of product demonstration, events and exhibition of HALOCN.
• Strong interest to guide and impact knowledge to guide customers on product knowledge
• Presales and Solution Provider.
• Propose and implement creative, efficient solutions for machine vision problems.
• Contribute to expanding our application for assigned Product Group
• Collaborate cross-functionality with supplier, customers, Sales Team and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.
• Organizer and Training Provider.

Requirements

• Min Degree in computer, electrical and electronics, mechanical engineering fields, or computer science
• Proficiency in Technical Support, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Strong Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to identify and resolve system malfunctions effectively
