IT Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end technology projects in banking or financial services. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience managing complex projects, and excellent English communication.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage full project lifecycle: scope, timeline, budget, risks, and deliverables

* Lead cross-functional teams across business and technology

* Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews)

* Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and finalize business requirements

* Track project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management

* Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies

* Ensure quality delivery, testing coordination, and successful production rollout

* Handle change requests and perform impact analysis

* Work closely with regional teams and external vendors

Key Requirements

* 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management

* Strong experience in banking / financial services domain (payments, wealth, retail, or investment banking preferred)

* Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum and SDLC

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

* Experience managing regional or global projects is a plus

* Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project

* Excellent English communication (mandatory)

* Experience working on regulatory or compliance-related projects

* Exposure to APAC banking environments

* Technical understanding of systems, integrations, and APIs
