IT infrastructure Team Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead our Smart Security & Automation team. You will manage a team of 5–10 engineers, overseeing project delivery and bridging the gap between operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT). This role requires expertise in infrastructure and backend SQL, along with experience in security automation and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of engineers to deliver Smart Security & Automation projects.
• Ensure seamless integration of IT and OT systems.
• Provide technical guidance on infrastructure and backend SQL.
• Drive security automation initiatives and system integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in Smart Security & Automation, with a focus on system integration.
• Strong background in infrastructure, backend SQL, and security automation.
• Experience in leading small engineering teams (5–10 engineers).
