Product Business Analyst - 6 Months Contract - up to SGD6.5k

Morgan McKinley is hiring for a Product Business Analyst for a 6-month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Leads to oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring compliance with governance, regulatory, and project requirements.  
• Support product and business owners by coordinating cross-functional stakeholder inputs and providing comprehensive oversight.  
• Assist with new product launches and reviews through data analysis, gap identification, and product rationalization.  
• Contribute to audit and regulatory responses, including reviews and remediation efforts impacting the product function.  
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work with teams to deliver on product roadmaps and enhance development processes.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management or systems within the life insurance industry.  
• In-depth understanding of insurance products and the full product development lifecycle.  
• Excellent commercial judgment paired with clear and effective communication skills.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.  
• Proactive team player with a positive attitude and a “can-do” approach
