F&B Service Crew

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Crew to support daily front-of-house operations. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth cashiering and counter operations. Key Responsibilities • Handle cashiering duties using POS system (cash, card, digital payments) • Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service • Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly • Assist with drink preparation and ensure coffee/ beverage machines are topped up • Maintain cleanliness of counter, dining area, and equipment • Replenish food, drinks, and condiments as required • Assist in opening and closing duties • Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally Requirements • No experience required (training provided) / F&B experience is an advantage • Comfortable handling cash and POS systems • Good communication and customer service skills • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
