Job Description
• This role will focus on supporting the business with legal advice relating to Vendors and Partnerships across the APAC region.
• The V&P legal team will support the business through complex negotiations with early stage strategic advice, drafting, review and the closure of a variety of commercial and software led agreements.
• You will manage sourcing relationships with with vendors and respond to inquiries on contract interpretation and compliance.
• Work on the launch of new products and services with collaboration across Business Development, Operations and Growth teams.
• Work on global projects with exposure to key stakeholders across the US and EMEA regions.
Requirements
• 6 - 12 PQE
• Education and Law Firm credentials should be Tier 1
• Legal skillsets can include TMT, Big Tech, IP/IT, Commercial/Regulatory
• Preferred would be 'Big Tech' and/or FS related negotiations on large scale contracts
• Softer skills include: Ability to build rapport in short time frames, friendly, high standards on work output, driven but not aggressive
• Ability to work with various cultural backgrounds in Asia and overseas - essential
