Join a dynamic team as an IT Manager, where you will lead the optimization of SAP systems and oversee the infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and communication systems.
• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and support of SAP systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
• Manage SAP change control processes, system enhancements, and user access across platforms.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and risk management plans for IT and SAP projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, audit requirements, and implement security measures to safeguard assets.
• Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure service delivery meets business expectations.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery within quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing SAP systems and IT infrastructure.
• Strong project management experience with full lifecycle delivery.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, system integration, and IT security practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in vendor management and budget control.
