Assistant Finance Manager (West / Oil & Gas Industry) [SAS]

• Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and audit
• Drive financial strategies, cost control initiatives, and performance targets to support business growth
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements
• Manage cash flow, treasury activities, intercompany transactions, and funding requirements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while monitoring financial KPIs and performance
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and tax/regulatory authorities on statutory and compliance matters
• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA, and IRAS regulations
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation processes
• Support Board and management reporting, including preparation of resolutions, AGM papers, and statutory filings
