Job Description｜职位描述

We are looking for a hands-on Full Set Accountant to manage the company’s full spectrum of accounting and finance functions. This role goes beyond AP/AR and requires strong knowledge in Singapore taxation and financial reporting.

我们正在招聘一名全盘会计，负责公司完整的财务与会计工作。该职位不仅限于应收应付账款，还需要具备新加坡税务及财务报表处理经验。

Key Responsibilities｜主要职责

• Handle full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, and month-end closing
  负责全盘账务，包括总账、应收、应付及月结

• Prepare financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  编制财务报表（损益表、资产负债表、现金流）

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST and corporate tax
  负责GST及公司税务申报，确保准确与及时

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities
  对接审计师、税务代理及相关政府部门

• Monitor cash flow and financial performance
  监控现金流及公司财务表现

• Maintain proper accounting records and internal controls
  维护账目记录及内部控制制度

Requirements｜任职要求

• Proven experience in handling full set accounts (not just AP/AR)
  具备全盘账务经验（不限于应收应付）

• Familiar with Singapore tax regulations (GST, corporate tax)
  熟悉新加坡税务（GST、公司税）

• Able to prepare P&L and Balance Sheet independently
  能独立完成损益表及资产负债表

• Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Sage 300) is an advantage
  熟悉会计系统（如Sage 300）者优先

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
  细心负责，能按时完成任务
