Technical Lead – Presales & Project Delivery

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive both presales solutioning and end-to-end project delivery across control rooms, command centres, and trading floors.

This role bridges technical consulting, solution architecture, and project execution, ensuring successful deployment of mission-critical systems including KVM-over-IP, video walls, operator workstations, and integrated control room technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Presales & Solution Design

• Engage customers to understand operational workflows in OCC, SOC, FCC, ATC, and trading environments
• Design end-to-end solutions including: KVM-over-IP platforms, Video wall systems (LED / DLP), Operator workplace solutions
• Prepare: Technical proposals, system architectures, and BOMs Solution presentations and customer demos
• Support RFP/RFQ responses including compliance and technical write-ups
• Work closely with Sales to position secure, scalable, and high-availability solutions

2. Project Delivery & Implementation

• Lead end-to-end project execution from kickoff to commissioning
• Manage: System integration (KVM, video wall, AV, network)Installation, configuration, and testing
• Coordinate with: Clients, consultants, and system integrators, Internal engineering teams
• Ensure projects meet: Technical specifications, Delivery timelines, Quality and performance standards

3. Technical Leadership

• Act as the technical authority for control room and visualization solutions
• Provide guidance on: Network architecture (VLAN, QoS, redundancy), Integration (AV-over-IP, Audio-over-IP, serial control, monitoring tools)
• Support troubleshooting and escalation for complex technical issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of solution standards and best practices

4. Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Work with partners and system integrators to deliver integrated solutions
• Conduct technical workshops, training, and knowledge transfer
• Support partner enablement and joint solution development

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and review: System design documents, Method of Statements (MOS)Test plans (FAT/SAT)
• Ensure compliance with client standards and industry regulations (e.g., security, availability)

Key Requirements

Experience

• 8–12+ years in: Presales engineering / solution architecture, Project delivery in control rooms, AV, or IT infrastructure
• Proven experience in: Control room / command centre / trading floor environments, Large-scale system integration projects

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of: KVM-over-IP systems, Video wall technologies (LED / DLP)IP networking (Layer 2/3, VLAN, multicast, QoS)
• Familiarity with: AV-over-IP systems, Audio over IP (e.g., AES67 or similar)Control systems and integrations (serial protocols, APIs)
• Experience with enterprise environments (AD/LDAP, security frameworks) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications (e.g., Cisco, AVIXA CTS, PMP) are advantageous
• Experience working with government / critical infrastructure projects
