Job Summary

As a Construction Project Manager at YIMU CONSTRUCTION(S) PTE. LTD., you will lead the delivery of complex construction projects, managing planning, budgeting, coordination, and client communication to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks or issues
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and professionals to resolve queries and problems promptly
• Manage project budgets by tracking expenditures and optimizing costs effectively
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards throughout projects
• Lead and motivate project teams by providing guidance and support to achieve project goals
• Prepare detailed progress reports and present updates to management for informed decision-making

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Construction Project Manager of traditional chinese temple,
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex construction projects on time and within budget
• Degree in Construction Management/Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry best practices
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills applied in construction project contexts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage diverse project participants
