Senior Network Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support and manage enterprise network infrastructure within a fast-paced environment. This role involves handling daily operations, supporting project implementations, and ensuring network stability, performance, and security across campus environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily network operations, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and service restoration
• Handle network-related service requests such as routing, switching, DNS, and IP management in accordance with change management processes
• Participate in ICT infrastructure projects and provide technical leadership where required
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate documentation, including network configurations, diagrams, and operational procedures
• Track and assess vendor advisories related to vulnerabilities, patches, and firmware updates
• Plan and implement network device patching and firmware upgrades
• Support compliance with internal standards and best practices
• Perform additional duties to ensure operational continuity

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network environments
• Strong experience with Cisco technologies (Nexus, Catalyst switches, ASR routers)
• Experience with Infoblox, network monitoring tools, and Cisco DNA Center (DNAC)
• Solid knowledge of routing and switching concepts
• Minimum CCNP certification (Routing & Switching) is required
• At least 3 years of experience supporting campus network infrastructure
• Experience working in Singapore-based environments is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Independent, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot effectively
