Cloud Engineer

Job Overview

We are hiring a Cloud Engineer to support daily cloud operations, focusing on monitoring, incident resolution, and maintaining infrastructure stability across Azure and Alibaba Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor cloud platforms and respond to alerts across compute, network, and database layers
• Troubleshoot issues related to performance, connectivity, and availability
• Implement firewall and routing changes following approved processes
• Maintain hybrid cloud connectivity configurations
• Support container platforms such as AKS and ACK
• Ensure stability of application infrastructure
• Monitor database connectivity and support infrastructure checks
• Perform backup validation and post-change verification
• Support patching and maintenance coordination
• Assist in disaster recovery testing activities
• Work with application teams and vendors to resolve incidents
• Track support cases and maintain system documentation
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers

Requirements

• Experience with Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud environments
• Knowledge of cloud networking (Firewall, NAT Gateway, ExpressRoute, AGW)
• Familiarity with container services (AKS / ACK)
• Exposure to Azure SQL, SQL MI, or RDS
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Azure APM, Log Service)
• Basic understanding of hybrid cloud environments
• Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills
