Business Development Director

Job Descriptions:
Responsible for sales and marketing for our in-house professional services. Lead and manage all the sales activities, from lead generation to closure of the deal. He/she shall be able to implement sales plans that meet the business goal of expanding the customer base and company turnover to a high level. In addition, be able to provide consultation and make recommendations to prospects and clients to solve their business issues. He/she will maximise all opportunities to increase market share, maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet the company's core values, maintains contact with clients to ensure that client satisfaction is kept at a high level, and is responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals, He/she should possesses and demonstrates the ability to carry out professional business conversation with the business owner and decision makers.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a professional firm is an advantage

• Able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Able to read and write English and Chinese for business communication
• Able to organize, meticulous and detailed manner
• Minimum 10 years of working experience
• Experienced in the accounting & finance related industry is an added advantage
• A degree holder may apply
