Assistant Manager/Manager, Policy & Technology(Data Tech, PDPC)

We are looking for an independent, self‑driven professional with strong technical foundations and a passion for shaping the future of data governance and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Data Breach Investigations

• Lead investigations into complex data breaches to uncover system failures or technical gaps.
• Analyze and distill digital forensic findings into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

Technology Intelligence & Innovation

• Research vulnerabilities and assess the robustness of emerging technologies such as AI and quantum solutions.
• Evaluate new frameworks and develop prototypes to support technology assessments and policy development.

Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement

• Develop technical guides and materials to help organizations ensure compliance in product and service design.
• Represent the organization in local and international technical forums.
• Translate complex engineering insights into strategic recommendations for senior decision‑makers and standards bodies.

Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in a senior technical role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Security Researcher, Privacy Engineer, Digital Forensics Lead).
• Strong background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• A builder’s mindset with curiosity and commitment to designing compliant-by‑design digital ecosystems.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Advanced certifications (e.g., CHFI, SANS Cybersecurity, CIPT, CDPSE) are a bonus.
